New Partnerships Manager - Community & Charity Fundraising

The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious Partnerships Manager who enjoys building relationships and winning new business - and would like to use those skills to make a difference?
Osborne Recruitment is delighted to be partnering a growing Irish business helping charities, schools, parishes through fundraising. This is a varied, hands-on role offering genuine autonomy, combining business development, relationship management, marketing, presentations, events and data management.
The Role
You will:
- Plan and deliver campaigns to attract new fundraising organisations through email, telephone, online/print advertising, digital marketing, social media and exhibitions.
- Identify and engage prospective organisations, understand their needs and communicate the benefits of Our Fundraiser.
- Present the service to fundraising groups via video call and in person.
- Manage prospective customers through to onboarding.
- Represent Our Fundraiser at occasional conferences, managing the process from planning and booking through to setting up the display, exhibiting and following up afterwards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, commercial information, trackers, records and data.
- Prepare reports and analyse activity to identify opportunities and measure results.
- Work closely with the team to develop new ideas and support the continued growth of the business.
The Person
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in business development, partnerships, sales, marketing, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Confident building relationships and generating new business.
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation, written, verbal and active listening skills.
- Highly customer focused and comfortable presenting via video call and in person.
- Proactive, creative and results driven, with the ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
- Highly organised, accurate and detail focused, with good data management and analytical skills.
- A strong team player who is hardworking, trustworthy, reliable and flexible.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Interested in helping charities, schools, communities and other good causes - experience in this sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
- A holder of a full Irish driving licence with own transport, as occasional travel to conferences and team meetings is required.
