Payward Services is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support institutional financial services and digital asset infrastructure from a fully remote Ireland-based role. You will streamline sales processes and manage complex client documentation to help close opportunities efficiently.

You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering, maintain CRM data, build pipeline reports, qualify leads, and support onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Experience handling complex proposals and client documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong written communication and precise documentation practices.
• Experience with modern CRM platforms and reporting.

• Manage end-to-end RFP and DDQ processes, coordinating responses.
• Review client questionnaires and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate information under deadlines.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, build pipeline reports, and support onboarding.
• Identify operational efficiencies and implement automation where possible.
