• 3+ years' experience in financial services.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Confident communicating with payroll contacts, employers and colleagues.
• Ability to take ownership of queries and resolve them promptly.

• Manage daily employer premium receipts and reconcile payments.
• Process and reconcile daily employer premium payments and investigate differences.
• Contact employer payroll teams to resolve payment queries quickly and professionally.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with employer payroll teams and across the business.
• Follow up on outstanding items with employers, payrolls and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly premium reports and ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Maintain records and support improvements to reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required.
