Job summary

CameraMatics, a fast-growing international SaaS business, is hiring a Sales Executive to build a career from the ground up. You’ll learn by doing, with coaching from experienced salespeople, and engage with fleet operators across Ireland.

This hands-on role is remote with travel to customer sites and Cameramatics offices as required. You'll develop a personal pipeline, learn our product, and use Salesforce and AI tools to drive opportunities and close deals.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in building a career in sales.
• Confidence talking to people from depot managers to directors.
• Resilience: learn from quot;noquot; and come back with a better approach.
• Curiosity about how businesses work and the problems customers need to solve.
• Ability to organise time, follow through on commitments and ask for help when needed.
• Comfort using technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• A full clean driving licence.
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience of running a side business or challenging project.

Responsibilities

• Find and open conversations with fleet operators who don't know us yet.
• Build your own sales pipeline and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Get out on site and meet the people who run depots, yards and fleets.
• Learn our products well enough to recognise customer challenges and explain how we can help.
• Work alongside experienced salespeople and leadership team members on live opportunities, developing the skills to progress and close deals.
• Use Salesforce and AI tools to research prospects, prepare for meetings and manage your pipeline.
• Take ownership of your activity, targets and results, using coaching and feedback to improve.
