Job summary

CameraMatics is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to build a regional pipeline across Ireland, engaging fleet operators and visiting depots, yards and sites. No prior sales experience is required, just curiosity, resilience and a desire to learn by doing.

You’ll receive coaching from experienced sales colleagues, gain exposure to live customer opportunities, and grow with leadership guidance while using Salesforce and AI tools to research prospects and manage your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in building a career in sales.
• Confidence talking to people from depot managers to directors.
• Resilience: learn from rejection and come back with a better approach.
• Curiosity about how businesses work and customer problems.
• Strong time management and ability to follow through.
• Comfort using technology and willingness to learn new systems.
• Hold a full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Find and start conversations with fleet operators who don’t know CameraMatics yet.
• Build your own sales pipeline and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Get on-site and meet people who run depots, yards and fleets.
• Learn products well enough to explain customer challenges and solutions.
• Work with experienced salespeople on live opportunities to progress and close deals.
• Use Salesforce and AI tools to research prospects and manage your pipeline.
• Own your activity, targets and results, with coaching to improve.
