Job summary

CameraMatics is hiring a Sales Executive to build a career from the ground up in Ireland. You’ll learn to open conversations, understand challenges and close deals, with coaching from experienced peers and leadership guidance.

You’ll spend time with fleet operators at depots and sites, developing your pipeline and learning to articulate how our camera/AI/telematics solutions can help customers. Remote role with required travel.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
• Comfort talking to a variety of stakeholders, from depot managers to MDs.
• Resilience and curiosity to approach customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Find and open conversations with fleet operators who don’t know us yet.
• Build your own sales pipeline and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Get out on site and meet people who run depots, yards and fleets.
• Learn our products well enough to recognise customer challenges and explain how we can help.
• Work with experienced salespeople on live opportunities and close deals.
• Use Salesforce and AI tools to research prospects and manage your pipeline.
• Take ownership of activity, targets and results, using coaching to improve.
