We are in an exciting phase of growth as we continue to expand our business operations and reach new markets in the UK and USA, and we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to come on board and be part of the Customer Success Team and the wider company in this exciting journey.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Product Manager will fill an important role in managing the success of our Product Range.
• The Product Managers is responsible for guaranteeing the success of our product line.
• You will make strategic decisions based on market and competitor analyses.
• Create and Manage the roadmap to guide a product from conception through design and into wide release.
• A cross-functional role, you will bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully bringing your product(s) to market, including Technology, engineering, logistics, marketing, sales, and customer operations.
• Your ultimate goal is the creation and launch of products that meet customer’s needs — growing market share and success.
