HRLocker is a fully remote Irish HR software company that serves small and mid-sized businesses. We are growing our Sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative to own the top of our funnel, prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to support Account Executives.

This high-activity role requires excellent communication, resilience, and a genuine interest in HR tech and SaaS. Fully remote within Ireland with a structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in sales or related customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with outbound calls and video.
• Resilience, persistence, and ability to work at high activity levels.
• Strong questioning and listening skills to identify genuine business needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and decision makers; build prospect lists reflecting ICP.
• Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads from demos, trials, content, and webinars.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand HR processes and business needs.
• Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives with clear context.
• Maintain accurate records of activity in CRM; achieve monthly targets.
