Vanta is expanding its Early Stage Sales team in Ireland. You will own the sales cycle from outreach to close in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, targeting early-stage startups to help them adopt security and compliance automation.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a closing and quota-carrying role with consistent target overship.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally SMB or early-stage startups.
• Thrives in high-velocity, transactional sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential verticals and develop outbound strategies for engagement.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to close, aiming for 30-day deals.
• Turn inbound demand into closed-won business with high velocity.
• Maintain a broad pipeline and run many discovery calls.
