Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of search or information retrieval expertise.
• 3+ years of software development or pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with scalable, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design systems, applications, and infrastructure to drive software development projects using MongoDB and the Atlas data platform.
• Advise customers on architectures, patterns, and strategies for MongoDB usage.
• Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions to stakeholders.
• Support sales with technical discovery, demos, proof of value, and documentation of decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to provide field feedback and drive AI/search direction.
