Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking a PPC Specialist based in Ireland to own paid acquisition strategy and drive profitable growth across markets. The role requires hands-on PPC management, strong Google Ads experience, and a track record of scaling campaigns with measurable ROI.

The ideal candidate will optimize budgets, build financial models, and collaborate with Analytics, Development, and Product teams to improve funnel performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on PPC or paid search experience with budgets.
• Strong Google Ads experience; MS Ads is a plus.
• Proven ability to scale paid acquisition with measurable ROI.
• Understanding of LTV, CAC, payback, and conversion funnel.
• Ability to build and defend financial/performance models in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of tCPA, tROAS, and value-based bidding.
• Experience with campaigns, Performance Max, keywords, and negatives.
• GA4/GTM tracking, conversion setups, and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy from planning to scaling and analysis.
• Manage budgets to hit CAC/ROAS targets while growing revenue.
• Model product economics to inform bidding and budget allocation.
• Set up tracking and ensure value-based optimization with analytics teams.
• Develop ongoing testing roadmap for creatives, keywords, audiences, and landing pages.
• Identify new growth opportunities across markets and channels.
• Collaborate with Product to improve funnel performance.
• Present results, insights, and optimization plans to management.
• Monitor platform updates and translate into competitive advantages.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and objectives.
