Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid search management.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search 360, and GA4.
• Strong grasp of search algorithms, attribution, and campaign automation.
• Confident setting up tracking and troubleshooting tags and events (GTM).
• Experience optimizing large-scale campaigns and delivering ROI.
• Polished client presentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, build, and delivery of search and shopping campaigns.
• Audit accounts, spot gaps, and structure them for stronger performance.
• Optimize for traffic, leads, and sales against client KPIs.
• Run keyword research, ad copy testing, and negative keyword management.
• Manage bidding using manual, Smart Bidding, and rules.
• Shape and refine the agency's search setup, tools, and processes.
• Support the strategy team with data-led budget/audience recommendations.
• Deliver reports with insights that drive ROI.
• Look beyond search to SEO, programmatic, and offline effects.
• Collaborate with client services for smooth delivery.
• Be the trusted voice on search performance and next steps.
• Improve reconciliations and billing processes.
• Stay current with platform updates and testing new techniques.
