Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Performance Marketing Lead (User Acquisition) to own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, manage large budgets, and drive profitable user growth across international markets. The role requires hands-on optimization, experiments, and strong analytics to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV.

The ideal candidate will design data-driven campaigns, work with creatives, and use attribution tools to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or user acquisition.
• Hands-on planning, managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin.
• Experience handling large budgets and scaling campaigns while meeting CAC and profitability targets.
• Strong grasp of CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohorts, attribution models, and payback periods.
• Practical use of mobile measurement and attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other platforms.
• Allocate substantial advertising budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods.
• Monitor campaign performance, funnels, and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments across audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creative formats to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test concepts and refine messaging.
• Measure acquisition effectiveness with attribution platforms, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing.
• Develop acquisition strategies across multiple markets and identify new audience opportunities.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining CAC and profitability within business targets.
• Make data-driven decisions on optimization, budget distribution, audience targeting, and channel performance.
• Take ownership of campaign execution and continuous improvement to drive measurable business results.
