Job summary

Cloudera in Ireland is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to lead regional partner sales efforts, drive pipeline with partners, and collaborate with internal sales teams to close deals in assigned regions.

You will recruit local partners, develop partner business plans, and work with Global and regional teams to drive revenue growth while navigating a dynamic open-source driven environment. The role offers a hybrid work model and strong career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in direct and channel sales.
• Deep understanding of Data/AI ecosystem and software business.
• Proven channel sales/alliance experience with quantifiable results.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales opportunity generation and pipeline management with partners.
• Align with sales teams to develop a regional partner strategy.
• Meet or exceed all sales targets.
• Identify, recruit and onboard key local partners.
• Maintain partner sales forecast and 4x pipeline coverage.
