Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a fintech company to hire a Customer Onboarding Specialist based in Ireland. You will be the primary contact for new partners, guiding them through onboarding, collecting KYC documents, and coordinating with Compliance, Sales, and Operations to ensure a smooth start.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of onboarding or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail with document validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM, document management, MS Office.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Self-motivated and independent in a remote setting.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving.
• Experience with KYC or business verification is a plus.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or crypto is a plus.
• Familiarity with business registration documents beneficial.
• Eligible for fully remote role: reside in LATAM or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new business partners.
• Collect KYC docs and ownership details.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Update partner records in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with Compliance for document reviews and escalations.
• Monitor onboarding progress and flag delays.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Success teams.
• Handle confidential information per privacy policies.
• Identify recurring onboarding challenges and suggest improvements.
• Track activity, timelines, and documentation for reporting.
• Use AI tools to support research and admin tasks.
