Job summary

Google's gTech Ads team in Ireland is hiring for a role within Ads Solutions Engineering. The position focuses on designing and scaling global ad solutions, working with regional stakeholders and product teams to deliver measurable results.

You will partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to create scalable tools and guidance that improve campaign measurement and attribution for thousands of advertisers worldwide, with a compensation package including €90,000–€92,000 salary, 15% bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of coding experience in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in analytics, cloud technologies, ML, and Linux/Unix environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements, providing guidance, and best practices to apply to ad products and technologies.
• Scope, design, and build globally scalable solutions to be reused by customers, sellers, and partners.
• Adapt regional bespoke ad solutions into globally scaled offerings for thousands of customers.
• Own solution life-cycle from discovery to launch, maintenance, bug fixes, feature requests, and deprecation.
• Serve as technical consultants to help in data integration for better measurement and attribution.
