Job summary

Mason Alexander is partnering with a growing business to recruit an Operations Manager to join a fully remote team. You will own day-to-day operations, supporting finance and HR, with a focus on finance operations. This hands-on role offers immediate impact in a 25-person company.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll streamline workflows, coordinate HR and finance activities, and leverage AI tools to enhance operational processes, driving efficiencies across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations Manager or business operations role in a small/medium company.
• Strong finance operations experience with HR exposure.
• Experience in fully remote environments and independent workload management.
• Proactive approach to AI, automation and technology.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Hands-on mindset with ownership and delivery.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders without direct team management.

Responsibilities

• Finance Operations: support CFO and finance team with day-to-day needs and ensure processes run smoothly.
• HR Operations: coordinate and manage HR processes for a positive employee experience.
• Team & Business Logistics: organise team logistics to keep a fully remote business running.
• Process Improvement: identify and implement workflow efficiencies.
• AI & Technology: leverage AI tools to automate tasks and boost productivity.
• General Business Support: own operational priorities and ensure tasks are completed.
