Job summary

Sedgwick Ireland is seeking a Motor Administration Specialist to manage damage collections and respond to queries, ensuring timely payments while maintaining accurate records.

You will work with the damage collections team and FNOL Contacts, coordinating with rental locations, insurers, and customers to support recovery of damage costs.

The role is a fixed-term 12-month contract with remote working in Ireland and a competitive salary plus benefits including pension and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage damage collections and ensure invoices are paid on time.
• Handle damage-related customer queries and disputes.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure claims are opened on time.
• Gather supporting evidence such as accident reports and photos and match to claims.
• Liaise with rental locations, insurers, maintenance teams, claim handlers, and customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and gather information to support recovery.
