Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading life sciences services company, is hiring a People Partner – Europe based in Ireland or Spain. You will partner with European and global HR teams to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

The role requires 10+ years in international HR, 3–5 years as HR Generalist in France, and fluent English and French. You will drive policies, compliance, mobility, and talent development while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Mandatory 10 years of HR experience within an international environment.
• Mandatory 5 years of experience as HR Generalist in France, hands-on full employment life-cycle.
• Experience with employment laws across multiple European countries; France mandatory plus others.
• Fluent in English and French; additional European languages a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to lead projects with diverse data sources.
• Experience in fast-paced environments; pragmatic hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, compliance, and employee relations.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools.
• Act as liaison between Shared Services and internal stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws.
• Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI in HR.
• Support international mobility and relocation processes.
• Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.
• Lead or support diversity, inclusion, and engagement initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for company culture and internal communication.
