You will shape strategy, drive growth, and expand market presence in interventional radiology and cardiology, while building a world-class leadership team across functions.

This executive role requires deep commercial acumen, P&L oversight, and the ability to partner with stakeholders worldwide to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience across multiple functional disciplines.
• Proven success growing or transforming a business, product, or market in the medical device industry, preferably interventional devices.
• Strong commercial instinct, strategic thinking, and execution capability.
• Proven leadership experience across functions.
• Ability to understand and manage P&L and commercial performance.

• Take ownership of the current business, including customer relationships and commercial performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow existing product lines and identify new market opportunities.
• Lead and develop the sales organization to meet future targets.
