Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, with 7+ years in managerial roles.
• Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and 7+ years in management.
• Broad management knowledge to lead multiple job areas and align with company objectives.
• Autonomy to manage departments or regions with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and implement operations strategy to deliver scalable supply chain for new products.
• Ensure several new product development programs meet launch goals for quality, scalability, schedule and budget.
• Lead Core Team Ops Representatives (CTORs) to build operations strategy for new products.
• Lead advanced manufacturing engineers to design scalable manufacturing processes for new product development.
• Deploy design for reliability and manufacturing strategies for successful product launches.
• Direct development of new concepts from initial design to market release.
• Oversee feasibility studies to verify functional capability of designs.
• Maintain documentation across all phases of process development.
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
