Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience managing engineers including 1-1's, performance reviews, recruiting.
• DRM certification is a distinct advantage.
• Experience with the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Able to work effectively with local and global cross-functional managers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee design and development of new medical device products.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Guide new methodologies and concepts from design to market release.
• Mentor team members and champion DRM and risk management practices.
• Travel 25% or less domestically/internationally.
