Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead the Workvivo by Zoom email lifecycle from Dublin. You will define strategy, run multi-regional campaigns, and directly drive pipeline with SDRs, revenue operations, and product marketing.

In this hybrid role, you will own end-to-end nurture, audience governance, and global content syndication while improving deliverability and performance across regions and languages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning email and nurture in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to build and ship email independently: templates, lists, workflows, QA.
• Strong judgement on deliverability, segmentation, list hygiene and testing.
• Experience with paid lead sources like content syndication.
• Experience across regions and languages with data-driven reporting.
• Ability to present performance to senior stakeholders using data.

Responsibilities

• Own the global email programme end to end, including nurture and follow-up campaigns.
• Build and send all campaign emails: templates, copy, audiences, workflows, deadlines.
• Design, launch, and maintain all nurture programmes across inbound and SDRs.
• Define and maintain the lifecycle stage model from first touch to opportunity.
• Own audience selection, send governance, frequency, and overlap management.
• Lead the content syndication channel and nurture behind each programme.
• Grow the database regionally and in local languages; report performance in revenue terms.
