Morgan McKinley is seeking a Business Development Manager for Air Conditioning in Ireland. You will drive growth across the air conditioning product range, develop new business with HVAC contractors, and manage key customer relationships. The role requires proven HVAC sales experience and strong industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Air Conditioning industry.
• F Gas Qualification.
• Proven business development and relationship management experience.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Technical knowledge of A/C components and system operation.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the HVAC contractor market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage and develop a key customer sales ledger.
• Identify leads and implement strategies to generate new sales.
• Attend regular face to face customer meetings and key industry events.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the air conditioning market and industry developments.
