Job summary

Kelly RAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Business Development Manager to grow our Dublin operations and surrounding areas. This is a business development and customer relationship role focused on building a pipeline, developing long-term customer relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable business.

You will develop new HVAC maintenance and PPM business, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and identify wider commercial opportunities across the Dublin

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Experience selling HVAC maintenance, building services or technical FM.
• Structured prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop new HVAC maintenance/PPM opportunities across Dublin.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with key accounts.
• Engage with Facilities Managers and other decision-makers to win contracts.
• Present proposals, lead negotiations and close profitable contracts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions and ensure handover to service.
