Job summary

Oyster is seeking a Business Manager for the Go-To-Market organisation. This fully remote role reports to the CRO and collaborates with the VPs of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to keep the GTM function running smoothly and moving quickly.

You will own select initiatives end to end, design operating rhythms, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while thriving in a distributed, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in business operations or similar cross-functional operating role within a GTM organisation.
• Experience working in tech GTM teams with revenue-oriented metrics.
• Strategy consulting background is a strong plus.
• Track record of operating credibly with senior leaders.
• Strong programme and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Structured, data-informed approach to problem-solving with good judgement.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a scaling, fully distributed company.
• Bias for action and impact, with willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into a GTM plan with OKRs and initiatives.
• Run a regular cadence to track progress, sharpen next steps, and drive accountability.
• Identify and design cross-functional initiatives that matter most.
• Own initiatives end to end (scoping, resourcing, running, reporting).
• Build and run the GTM operating rhythm (leadership meetings, reviews, planning cycles, QBRs).
• Partner with VPs as a trusted advisor, spotting and closing operational gaps early.
• Shape internal communication cadence so GTM priorities are clear across the organisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and People to align needs and resolve trade-offs.
