Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Ireland to lead paid acquisition for DTC and eCommerce brands. You will own campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, and connect media activity to revenue, margins, and profitability.

Collaborate with growth strategists, creative teams, and senior stakeholders to develop testing, forecasting, and budget optimization. This remote role offers structured development and clear progression into broader growth leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands required.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Proven ability scaling large paid media budgets with clear commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side experience preferred for DTC/eCommerce.
• Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, margins and payback periods.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop structured testing strategies for assets, audiences, offers and funnels.
• Manage significant paid media budgets with data-driven investment decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies and identify growth opportunities.
• Build forecasts, budgets, and attribution models to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with creative, CRO, and growth teams to improve the customer journey.
