Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Graduate Instrument Planner to join the Instruments Deployment Group. The role focuses on world-class supply chain service for the Joints Business Group, including instrument set planning for OUS markets and collaboration with global teams.

The position targets recent graduates (2026/27) with a strong Lean/continuous improvement mindset and proficiency in MS Office. Location is Cork, with potential integration into DePuy Synthes post-separation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar degree.
• Recent Graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027).
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing concepts knowledge.
• Ability to work well individually and remotely.
• Pro-active, can-do attitude with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer orders/requests.
• Enter orders into the ERP system.
• Research and resolve customer issues and communicate updates.
• Coordinate with supply partners on delivery information and priorities.
• Manage stock queries and liaise with warehouse to coordinate deliveries.
• Support continuous improvement and lean process initiatives.
