Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Graduate Instrument Planner in Cork, Ireland. You will support instrument deployment, enter customer orders into ERP, and collaborate with markets to ensure on-time delivery and accurate planning.

A recent graduate with a business- or supply chain-focused degree is ideal. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and development within the DePuy Synthes organization as it evolves post-separation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar required.
• Recent graduate or due to graduate in 2027.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacture/continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer orders/requests.
• Enter orders into ERP system and liaise with supply partners.
• Investigate supply issues and communicate resolution timelines.
• Monitor KPI like OTIF and back-order metrics.
• Support New Product Introductions and rationalization in OUS markets.
