Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Cork site is seeking a Graduate Instrument Planner in the Instruments Deployment Group to support global markets with instrument planning and governance for OUS markets. The role offers exposure to ERP processes, KPI tracking and continuous improvement in a leading orthopedic and medical devices environment.

Ideal for a new graduate (2026/27) with a business or supply chain background, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, autonomous work style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
• Recent Graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027).
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing concepts knowledge.
• Ability to work well individually and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer orders/requests.
• Enter orders into ERP system and communicate delivery information.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and driving timely resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouses and markets to manage stock and deliveries.
• Support KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
