Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Cork site is seeking a Graduate Operations Specialist to join the manufacturing team. Based in Cork, Ireland, you will participate in the DePuy Synthes Graduate program, supporting the Operations Team across Knees, Hips and shoulders markets.

Under guidance from a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager, you will develop practical operations skills, apply GMP best practices, and contribute to safety, quality and project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology bachelors degree.
• Recent graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027)

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team in manufacturing of products to enhance safety, quality, service, growth and value.
• Work as part of the Operations Team under guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager while participating in the DePuy Synthes Graduate program.
• Role is based within the site Operations Team serving Knees, Hips and shoulder markets while supporting business growth, quality and projects.
