Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Graduate Instrument Planner in Cork, Ireland. You will join the Instruments Deployment Group to plan instrument sets, manage orders, and support global markets for Joints business.

The role requires a recent or imminent graduate with solid MS Office skills and a lean, proactive mindset. Starting September 2027, you will work in a role that emphasizes remote readiness, collaboration with supply partners, and adherence to DePuy Synthes employment practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Recent graduate or due to graduate in 2027, with interest in manufacturing/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, respond to customer orders and inquiries; enter orders in ERP.
• Coordinate with warehouse and markets to manage stock and deliveries.
• Support KPI tracking, OTIF, back-orders, and process improvements.
• Develop reports and support project work within Instrument Deployment Group.
