Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division seeks a Graduate Operations Specialist for its Cork, Ireland site. The role supports the Operations team in manufacturing orthopedic products and participates in the graduate program, under the guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager.

The position features a structured progression within the DePuy Synthes organization. The program aims to develop skills across Knees, Hips and Shoulders markets, with exposure to quality, safety, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; recent graduate (2026/2027).
• Ability to work in a team; adapt to change; MS Office experience; interest in developing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations team in manufacturing to enhance safety, quality, service, growth and value for Orthopedics supply.
• Work under guidance of Team Lead/Value Stream Manager and participate in the DePuy Synthes Graduate program.
