Growth Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer to own paid advertising strategies for DTC ecommerce brands. You will manage campaigns end-to-end across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max, focusing on sustainable profit rather than vanity metrics.

You will collaborate with feed management, testing, and analytics to optimize campaigns, budgets, and client communications. Remote role with EU-timezone alignment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably DTC eCommerce.
• Fluent English communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Profit-focused advertising mindset, optimizing for actual profitability.
• Experience with Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Interest in GTM, GA4, conversion tracking, attribution.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Independent, ownership mindset with proactive attitude.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Open to constructive feedback and fast-evolving priorities.
• Located within European time zone or EU-time alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, budgets, client communications.
• Develop performance-driven strategies focused on sustainable profit and growth.
• Create and optimize campaigns across Google Ads formats (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax).
• Optimize feeds with feed management specialist to improve performance.
• Conduct testing of creatives and copy, write compelling ad copy, support testing frameworks.
• Analyze campaign data beyond in-platform metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor budgets, efficiency and profitability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Communicate developments and recommendations to clients via Slack and meetings.
• Maintain notes in strategy discussions and seek feedback to deepen understanding.
• Own results and continuously refine approaches through experimentation.
