Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Ads Manager to run paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and TikTok for a finance-focused podcast. You will own strategy, execution, tracking, and reporting to grow audience and revenue in a fully remote freelance role.

Collaborate with the podcast host, test creatives, manage budgets around €4,000 monthly, and optimize for subscriber growth, leads, and ROAS under a performance-based compensation model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Proven expertise in at least two platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads/YouTube, or TikTok ads.
• Ability to provide concrete performance data (cost per subscriber/lead, conversion rate, ROAS).
• Strong audience targeting, creative testing, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of financial services advertising policies and promo requirements.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube/Google, and TikTok.
• Grow podcast audience: subscribers, views, and newsletter registrations.
• Generate revenue via premium dossiers and partner offers.
• Test audience segments, ad formats, messages, and budgets.
• Monitor performance and scale successful campaigns; pause underperformers.
• Set up tracking to measure performance, conversions, and revenue attribution.
