Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel based in Ireland to support global procurement for a fast-growing AI infrastructure business. You will draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and supply contracts, while aligning with playbooks and fallback positions to drive favorable terms.

You will manage contract lifecycles, escalate complex risks, and help standardize templates, processes, and governance across Europe and the Americas.

Qualifications

• A paralegal, Chartered Legal Executive, or contracts-related qualification, such as a law degree or SQE/LPC studies.
• At least four years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
• Knowledge of risk areas including liability, indemnities, IP, insurance, and termination rights.
• Experience with CLM platforms and electronic signatures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and supply contracts using approved templates.
• Manage framework agreements, pricing schedules, SLAs, and supplier terms.
• Support construction/project contracts using standard forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA).
• Identify risks, prepare issue lists, and escalate with recommended positions.
• Oversee contract execution, approvals, versions, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain contract repository, monitor renewals, and alert managers to actions.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks for procurement.
• Collaborate on technology strategies to improve contract management and processes.
