Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Global Security Systems Service Desk Analyst to safeguard personnel, facilities, and assets across a global footprint. You’ll manage service requests end-to-end, perform advanced troubleshooting, and orchestrate field responses when needed.

You will monitor system health, collaborate with engineers and vendors, and maintain detailed knowledge base documentation while supporting a 24x7 follow-the-sun model across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in technical support, security systems or related ops roles.
• Experience with physical security systems (access control, CCTV).
• Proven incident management, triage and issue resolution capability.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware and network.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent incidents with priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service requests related to physical security systems.
• Perform advanced triage, root cause analysis and remote troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians with proper scope and parts.
• Own incidents end-to-end with updates and final resolution validation.
• Monitor system health and proactively mitigate issues with SLAs in view.
• Collaborate with engineering, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation of resolutions and contribute to knowledge base.
