Job summary

Securitas is seeking an Administrative Officer to assist the Security Team Manager at a Microsoft data center in Dublin. The role focuses on client service, SOC systems maintenance, scheduling, audits and training support to ensure compliant security operations.

Associate degree and 4+ years’ security or related experience are required. The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 4+ years of experience in the security industry or business management.
• PSA License required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet licensing requirements for security officers.
• Knowledge of 24/7 security operations and supervisory practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to data center management and security personnel.
• Train and certify new security personnel; coordinate with Training & Development Specialist.
• Ensure adherence to policies and SOPs; supervise screening and control room activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology; support other sites if needed.
• Conduct audits and submit information to client management; maintain security documentation.
