You will partner with Field Sales, Client Solutions, Partners, and Engineering to develop compelling responses and secure wins while ensuring compliance and quality across all submissions.

This role emphasizes rigorous project management, meticulous content editing, and the use of AI tools to streamline library content and bid responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' professional experience as a Bid Manager.
• Experience in managing the end-to-end bid process.
• Advanced project management and time management abilities under high pressure.
• High-level attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to turn complex ideas into clear proposals.
• Advanced MS Office skills essential.
• Experience in using AI to manage bid content.

Responsibilities

• Support global Sales teams in bids and proposals with cross-functional coordination.
• End-to-End Lifecycle: manage tender process from tracking to submission and handover.
• Form close working relationships with global teams to assemble bid teams.
• Draft, edit and ensure a uniform, persuasive tone across tender responses.
• Ensure submissions meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage online content library and related collateral using AI tools.
