Job summary

FIS in Dublin, Ireland seeks a Procurement Category Lead to manage end-to-end procurement for Business Process Outsourcing services, developing global/regional category strategies and delivering cost reductions while mitigating risk. The role may lead a 3–5 person team across the procurement lifecycle.

The candidate will collaborate with executives and stakeholders, including Finance and Legal, to drive optimal sourcing decisions and supplier performance, with a focus on strategic category

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
• Strong negotiation and contracting concepts understanding.
• Good commercial negotiation strategy formulation and execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; process-driven with analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key supply markets and build relationships with leading partners.
• Lead and develop procurement professionals in sourcing, negotiation, and contract development.
• Partner with business customers to drive third-party labor buying decisions aligned to strategy.
• Manage negotiations with third parties to secure favorable terms for FIS.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders including business leaders, Finance, and Legal.
• Identify category risks and ensure compliance with requirements; plan expense reviews.
