Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in Ireland, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work across the modern stack. You will build responsive UI in React, design scalable backend APIs with Node.js (Express/NestJS), and contribute Python-based microservices.

The role focuses on testing, performance, security, and Agile delivery, with opportunities to influence architecture and adopt cloud and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React with modern front-end practices and hooks.
• Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and frameworks (Express/NestJS).
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and data handling (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, and testing for scalable apps.
• Python development for microservices is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop feature-rich UI components and responsive interfaces in React.
• Design scalable backend APIs and services with Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Contribute to data-driven microservices using Python where appropriate.
• Write tests and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.
• Work with designers, analysts, and engineers to meet business goals.
• Improve performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD and Git-based deployment workflows.
• Evaluate new technologies and architectural improvements as needed.
