Uniting Holding is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our innovative team in Dublin. This role involves taking ownership of features from our customer-facing dashboard to backend API services. You will primarily work in TypeScript, utilizing React and Node.js to create responsive, user-friendly applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications.
• Practical experience with authentication systems and web security practices.
• Experience with cryptocurrency payment protocols is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship features spanning frontend and API layers.
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful API services in Node.js/Express.
• Write and maintain automated tests across the stack.
• Own and evolve authentication and authorisation systems.
• Build and maintain third-party integrations including payment processing.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in TypeScript

Strong frontend skills with React and Next.js

Solid backend experience with Node.js and Express

Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis

Familiarity with payment platform integration

Experience with Docker

Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools

Education

BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
