Job summary

VOID Interactive is seeking a Senior Live Service Growth Manager to own the P&L and growth strategy for its live service portfolio. You will build scalable systems around data, economy, and live operations to sustain a growing publishing slate.

You will translate player signals into commercial decisions, design monetisation features, and lead analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and cohort reporting. A leadership track is expected across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in live service, F2P, or growth roles at game studios or publishers.
• Proven ownership of a live service P&L at scale with revenue/retention outcomes.
• Hands-on experience designing battle passes, stores, pricing, progression, and economy balance for F2P or hybrid titles.
• Strong technical chops, including SQL, cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics infrastructure.
• Experience leading or scoping data warehouse builds, MMP integrations, and attribution stack setup.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and growth strategy across VOID’s live service portfolio.
• Build and run systems for publishing slate sustainability as it scales: data, economy, and live operations.
• Design monetisation features and coordinate monetisation execution across the live calendar.
• Lead analytics: data warehouse, attribution, dashboards, and cohort reporting.
• Partner with Marketing and Publishing on UA, lifecycle, and pricing strategy.
