Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Experience Agent based in Ireland for a fully remote role within a global Client Experience team. You will support customers across markets, explain financial products, and troubleshoot platform and account-related queries while adhering to regulatory workflows.

Ideal candidates have client-facing experience, fluent English, and proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Polish.

Qualifications

• Previous client-facing experience in customer service or support.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Native or fluent in German, French, Spanish, or Polish.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support via live chat, phone, email and other channels.
• Explain products clearly and help clients navigate trading tools.
• Troubleshoot platform access and account-related queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems for audit trails.
• Support timely processing of account-opening and funding requests.
• Follow regulatory, compliance and risk-management requirements.
