Job summary

Sartorius in Ireland seeks a Field Application Specialist to join the Application Services Team, providing product expertise, application knowledge and technical support across the customer’s process. You will design, validate and implement products, support sales with design and demonstrations, and assist customers with application development and training.

The role requires familiarity with bioprocessing, MSAT and single-use technologies, and an ability to travel up to 50% to the UK, Nordics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology or related field; Masters or PhD advantageous.
• Experience in process development, MSAT or bioprocessing in biotech/pharma or CDMO environments."
• Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus; highly organized with good planning.

Responsibilities

• Support sales with product presentations, demonstrations and application studies.
• Lead trials and demos to achieve intended results and generate trial reports.
• Provide technical field support, troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Collaborate to define trial scope, acceptance criteria and build professional reports.
