Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Field Account Manager for Ireland. You will be based in Ireland and manage relationships with Biopharma accounts across Dublin, Cork and Limerick regions, driving revenue through strategic account management, business development and close collaboration with internal teams.

Regular national travel is expected. You will identify key decision makers, upsell, and be the primary contact for both technical and commercial issues while promoting the full Sartorius portfolio.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Life sciences or Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Biotech/pharma industry knowledge beneficial.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and promote the Sartorius portfolio to reach sales targets both in person and remotely.
• Identify decision makers, develop prospects, and maintain leads in CRM (Salesforce).
• Manage accounts across functions and hierarchy, upsell and increase revenue.
• Serve as first point of contact for technical and commercial issues.
• Identify new business opportunities within Biopharma.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support value offerings throughout the sales process.
• Implement account strategies with cross-functional teams to gain market share.
• Present and demonstrate products, prepare quotations, and respond to inquiries.
• Drive adoption of innovations and ensure successful implementation of sales activity.
