Job summary

Tether is seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event‑related creative requests across teams. This builder‑and‑gatekeeper role works with designers to turn fast‑turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites.

You will spot risks to timelines, brand, print specs, and logistics early, ensuring on‑time delivery and brand consistency across live events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in event marketing, production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
• Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; knowledge of dielines, safe areas, and print specs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake and triage of event-related creative requests from varied teams across Tether.
• Scope requests: deliverable type, format, quantity, deadline, dimensions, venue constraints, and brand requirements.
• Brief designers with complete specs and manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail.
• Track status across requests and surface bottlenecks before event dates.
• Review deliverables for brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode, bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats and platform specs.
• Document and file assets, briefs, and final deliverables in a shared drive and maintain vendor details.
