Gorilla Design, based in Naas, is seeking a passionate Event Production & Design Coordinator to enhance event experiences through creative stage and set designs. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Event Production & Design Coordinator who is passionate about event design, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Event Production & Design Coordinator will be responsible for creating compelling stage and set design content that enhances the overall event experience. This includes stage and set design, digital assets, signage, and more. You will work closely with event planners, set designers, and the production team to ensure that all design elements are aligned with the event’s theme and objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of both 2D and 3D design, as you will be involved in translating creative concepts into physical environments.
Education: Qualification in Event Production Design
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Event Production design.
Software Proficiency:
Creativity & Innovation: A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create fresh, innovative, and impactful designs for a variety of media.
Understanding of Set Design: Familiarity with set and stage design principles, including the ability to work in 3D spaces and collaborate with production teams.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all visual elements are of the highest quality.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and solutions to clients and team members.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design challenges and adapt to changing project requirements.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
