Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager based in Ireland to enhance a blockchain and DeFi product. You will own execution quality, oversee onboarding of liquidity sources, and drive cross-functional efforts with engineering, business development, QA, and data teams.

You will use analytics and experimentation to improve performance and expand market coverage, all within a remote-first, Europe-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technically complex environments.
• Mandatory blockchain experience with solid ecosystem understanding.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking with ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with external partners.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them in product workflows.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a process-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Own execution quality across the aggregation product and define performance standards.
• Lead onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems from opportunity to launch.
• Translate business objectives into clear product specifications and tickets.
• Monitor API behavior and tool performance to identify and address issues.
• Build relationships with external partners like decentralized exchanges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and improve product.
• Analyze product data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Take ownership of initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team culture emphasizing learning and experimentation.
