Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Epic BI Report Developer to design, develop, test, and optimize Epic reporting solutions from a remote location in Ireland. The role will partner with clinical, IT, and data teams to deliver reliable reports supporting revenue cycle, clinical workflows, and operational metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health/IT or 5+ years' relevant experience.
Active Epic Cogito certification.
Experience with Epic reporting and data warehousing.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in large-scale healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy and optimize Epic reporting solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into specs.
Lead reporting initiatives across revenue cycle, clinical, and operational areas.
Ensure data quality and report performance.
Support system upgrades and reporting optimization.
Provide documentation and knowledge sharing.
